Executive Vice President with the Minnesota North Stars,
professional hockey team, and a financial analyst with
Munsingwear, Inc., an international clothing manufacturer.

Kevin M. Hoffman
Licensed Attorney and Real Estate Broker, a
Vice President and Director of both Hoffman Development,
Inc. and Hoffman Homes, Inc. He has 14 years of real estate
development, management and construction experience.

A planning and landscape architecture firm
based in Tucson, Arizona owned by Jim Miller. They provide
on-site management and other services in connection with the
acquisition of the property, and the design, development,
construction, marketing and sale of the project. Civil
Engineering is provided by Michele Guy from Centerline
Offset, Inc. The Tucson based development team for The
Passages of TucsonSM are led by Jim Miller and Michele Guy.
KKE Architects, Inc.
After 34 years in business, KKE Architects,
Inc. has grown to become one of the Top 30 architectural
firms in the country as ranked by Building Design &
Construction, July 2002. With a staff of nearly 200 people,
the company currently has offices in Minneapolis, and
Newport Beach, Calif. They are the architect-of-record for
the Mall of America among many other successful high-profile
projects. KKE will lead in preparation of the concept land
use plan for the project.
Neil E. McGraw
Has been involved in health and wellness
issues on a worldwide scale. He is also a member of the
International Work Group with representatives from
twenty-seven nations. Mr. McGraw is a former member of the
Board of Directors of the University of Minnesota Alumni
Association and past Chairman of St. Mary’s Hospital

Colleen M. Hoffman
Residential construction and subcontractor
management and customer relations for Hoffman Homes, Inc. A
licensed Real Estate Agent with over 10 years of real estate
experience. Previously was employed with Asset Management
Services, a real estate development company.
Mary C. Hoffman
Provides market research for potential land
development projects and advertising designer for Hoffman
Development, Inc. and Hoffman Homes, Inc. also is Certified

Arizona since 1983. The firm specializes in project
management providing project options and feasibility,
conceptual design, scheduling, cost estimates, value

agencies and understanding of the public processes ensures
effective and expeditious plan review and approval of
recently land development projects in Southern Arizona, for
national and local home builders and private commercial
developments.
