Our experience ranges over the entire
spectrum of land development from acquisition and planning
to obtain governmental approvals to marketing to
construction. Members of the families have participated in
the development of land for over 45 years. Robert L. Hoffman
is credited with being the “pivotal player in getting the
Mall of America built”; he was a “major player in bringing
the biggest business of all - The Mall of America”, to
Bloomington, Minnesota.
